Overview
At the age of 16, Mangesh Kandare hit upon the “Mansavali” name in 1991.
He took the first two letters of the Marathi words MAN-SAVALI , meaning “Heart &
Shelter”, and put them together quite unaware that one meaning of thye word
is.. “Dream House”. Today many Years Later – MANSAVALI is both the name
and the idea behind the company. Quality is a key element in construction and
development. Which stimulates the imagination, the emergence of ideas, and
creative expression.
