Electric meter and water meter deposit shall be paid by the purchaser.

shall be borne by the purchaser beyond plot boundary.
Deviations from the drawing shall not be entertained strictly.
Period of payment shal I be essence of contract.
Any extra works if done shall be charged extra before execution, as per actual.
Any dispute arising out of the transaction shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
competent court at Nagpur.
All outstanding payment must be deposited to the builder before taking possession.
